At the East Valley JCC’s NECPA-accredited Early Childhood Learning Center, families design a schedule that truly works for them. With our J-Flex program, you choose the days and hours you need, and only pay for the time you schedule.

A Personalized Plan For Your Family

Since 1971, our center has provided developmentally appropriate programs for children ages 6 weeks through Kindergarten. We value each child’s individuality, meeting them where they are and supporting their unique growth. Whether you need one afternoon of care per week, a customized preschool schedule beyond the traditional options, or a tailored plan for infants and toddlers, our team works with you.

Only Pay For The Care You Need

Enjoy the freedom to prepay for a set amount of hours each month and select the hours and days you need during the year.

A minimum number of hours is required in each program:

Infants and Toddlers: 45 hours per month
2s and 3s: 12 hours per week (three days, 9:00 am – 1:00 pm)
Pre-K and Kindergarten: 24 hours per week (four days, 9:00 am – 3:00 pm)

Safety & Security

The EVJCC personnel have received training in security and safety measures for scenarios, including possible medical issues and overseeing children and adults under our care and supervision.
